Yeah, I guess this marsh is a bit different. It is alongside a canal, and a community garden has been established there as well. But most of the stuff was picked in the wild areas. Foraging! So cool.

And the arrows indicated my intentions/predictions for the future. So it sort of reflects the seasonality of the work, where some aspects are more prominent than others depending on the time of year.

So the next day, I got stuck into making lunch for Naveena, and came up with all sorts of different little dishes. The broad bean paste was good, the right consistency, which can be a bit tricky with broad beans because they can be quite clumpy. But it did feel like summer, and delightful. The unexpected joy of the meal was a red pepper and almond paste. Just liquidise. Good stuff. :)

A glut of tomatoes... just came across this
http://www.tomatocasual.com/2007/08/10/tomato-glam-tomato-cosmetics-and-beauty-tips-part-1/

If you don't want to do that, I'll happily take some off your hands and make some ketchup or something like that.

Sorry, I can't make it on Thursday, although the elderflower champagne sounds awesome.

Hope all is going well in the new job. :)

Hi Hedvig

Got a job working for a furniture recycling project in Brentwood after being made redundant by FRP. It is a professionally run not for profit social enterprise that is SELF SUFFICIENT after a 3 year lottery grant. Now where havi I heard that term before.

Steve and I are meeting in the drum thursday night with a few others and a bottle of my home made elderflower champange, my latest creation. We will be there about 6pm.

I was reading your cosmetic tips and was wondering what I could do with a glut of tomatoes. Perhaps I could make a tanning rub to give english people a that colour they go before they tan:-)

Met Alex the other day and had a very interesting chat.

Hope to see you tomorrow

Cool. Have you got a recipe for it?

I tried a different mix today

10 drops ylang ylang
10 drops bergamot
5 drops orange

Let's see how this one works out.
